ztest: replace vector YAML key with runtime#6989

Ztests now run under both sam and vam by default. To limit a test to one runtime, add "runtime: sam" or "runtime: vam" to its YAML. Note that "make test-system" takes nearly twice as long now because most script-style tests run twice (once under sam and once under vam).
